My first e30 89 325i loving it but i need help

I bought the car about a week ago its in flawless condition original everything but today im swapping in a full e36m50 swapp tranny n motor. What should i look out for? Any extra parts that i will need? I have the full donnor car. Jus wondering about any extra. Thank hope any of you can help me ;)
