Looking for some M30 cosmetic parts

Looking for some small cosmetic parts for the M30. Figured people here might have stuff if they collect parts like me.

AFM black cover in good shape.
Black palastic cover for throttle body including the screw cover.
ICV ring that holds it to the bracket.
