what chassis-side electronics does an m30 *need*?

Yesterday we stripped all the wiring out of our lemons car, aiming to drastically simplify all of it. any comment on the minimum amount of new wiring we need to run from the chassis connector on the m30 motor harness to get the motor to run normally? We do not have a regular cluster, just an aftermarket tach and some temp gauges...

From what I remember 0 body wiring.
I just plugged in everything that hooked up to the m20 onto the m30.
    Same type of sensors if it's a 1.3 b35.

tps, coolant, afm, icv, injectors, cps, even the m20 spark wires.

you should not need to i will see if i can find my wiring diagram.
also if you use the B it should be pretty close to the B35 wiring if i ember right.

I Guss i need to read before posting I said pretty much the same thing as (LowR3V'in)

OK I had someone do the wiring for me and I could not find the pic of the wiring diagram.

nah, we're a different team. We're building a m30-powered e30 pickup truck for the august race at Thunderhill.

Minimum would only be like 5 wires or something, but that would be w/o temp/tach/speedo etc. I remember when I was converting my old c101 to 20 pin and was rulling out one wire at a time it only needed a few to start and run.
