Has anyone pass BAR in California wIth a M30 swap?

I'm ready to start a m50nv swap but i really want a M30 but need more input on passing BAR

Either engine swap is able to pass the BAR as long as the engine is from a newer car than the swap candidate.

I recommend buying an entire car to transfer all parts over. This will give you Everything you need to be legal. (stock intake, exhaust including the cat, etc).
