E30 325i M20 Engine swap M57d30 from e39

Hello,
i bought an bmw e39(12.2000) 530d with manual transmission, and i want to do an engine swap, i want to replace my e30's m20b25 with a m57d30. I know i have to work a lot to do that, but i want to do it.
anybody from here done that till now? do you have any advise? the electric part is that it scares me a lot, mounting the engine will not be a problem, because i gathered various parts from my last cars: engine mounting support/rubber mounting/driveshafts from e39/e46 m54, m57, m60, m20

I have driven a ton of 335d and am a huge fan of BMW turbo diesel power plants. All that torque is phenomenal.

I love diesel motors, but I doubt you'll find much help on this website :( BMW has imported only 2 diesel motors ever to the US (M21B25 and the M57D30) and only in very, very limited numbers. (plus the M57 is really too new and to $$$ for the likes of R3v)
