Well at least they are consistent:p

After driving or after assembling? What motor is this? I just had a low compression issue on my m62 after setting the cam timing wrong. This allowed the intake valves to still be open at tdc preventing much compression. If after driving, well you have some real problems. I don't think even bad rings or a blown head gasket can cause as low as 60psi. could be wrong. stuck/burnt valves maybe?

        Yeah this happened after driving
Just had the head rebuilt with oversized ss valve heavy lifters and springs. Running arp hardware and mls gasket

Could be the compression gauge, also make sure the throttle is open some.

I assume by valves you mean valve cover?

Could be water vapor or blow by, you might want to do a leak down test or add a touch of oil into the cyl and redo the compression test and see if it is rings and blow by.
