well, the M106 has a turbo on it.

check out JoeMadoo's build thread, he has a B35 with all of the M106's turbo bits sometimes on it, good amount of details in that thread. IIRC the passenger engine mount arm will need some adjustment.

you'll need the entire harness/ECU for the M106 with knock box and all. Or swap it over to M1.3 and get a proper tune for the turbo (though that's a lot easier said than done).

It will be easier/more efficient to swap in a b35 and turbo that.

Pish posh oil squirters and exhaust studs. Injectors are low impedance 30lbers. Which pretty much mean they are constantly open at WOT. Not very efficient if you ask me! The engine is essentially a b34 with slightly different valves, b35 cam, piston oil squirt shits, and a hole in the block for oil return.

Having owned both engines I can tell you the m106 is very primitive in its setup. It worked well in the '80s. There are better options now.

No, the bigger studs. I have a m106 setup... I don't see a point in drilling and tapping a head to use them. I'll just get longer "small" ones.

Maybe this is what you meant; but, the oil filter housing has a feed for the turbo and a feed/return for the cooler. At least that's how it was one the car I pulled parts off of. Also, the valves are sodium filled ("for better heat resistance"). And the same size as m30b34 valves.
