    m30b35 exhaust manifold gasket?

    hey guys,

what is involved in changing the exhaust manifold gasket (turbo car)

evidently, one of the bolts, particularly the one behind the turbo, is missing and there is an exhaust leak there...

should I change all the studs and the bolts?
what part # is the exhaust manifold gasket?

Change the bolts for sure, the studs should be ok. Might take you a few hours with the turbo in the way. Invest in lubricant/penetrant for the stuck ones.

Not being able to judge your expirence level I'd suggest giving yourself a full day to get the job done correctly.

Expect things to go wrong - studs to seize in head, heads on nuts to strip etc. Be patent and, like navytapaul said, use plenty of lubricant/penetrant to assist removal.
