    Crank reference sensor mounting

When my car conked out last Sunday at the DE, one of the parts we tried to swap in from another e30 in our diagnosis was the crank reference sensor.

When I went to put mine back in, the threads on the little allen screw did not bite properly - so there is a possibility I stripped the screw, the threads, or both.

Is the little mounting point on a bracket I can easily swap or is that part of a larger assembly that is going to be a pain in the ass. If it is, i'll re-tap it with a alarger thread and get a larger screw, if its easily replaced, I'l find another one.

Thanks in advance - and I searched realoem, and could not find it.

Dave, HOPEFULLY I will swap my engines next weekend. If you dont have a bracket by then, I will give you the one off my old engine.

Scott is supposed to send me one along with a fuel pump and a couple other things.

        THanks!
