    Oil pressure guage

I am having some issues with my M30 that I think might be related to oil pressure. I am going to install an oil pressure gauge and I was wondering what you guys recommend and where to put it. I will probabbly just run to autozone tomorrow and grabe a cheap oil pressure gauge/sender that I can put in the stock oil pressure sender. If someone has some good recommendations that would be great.

Let me be a little more specific. Anyone know of any specific gauges that have an adaptor that will fit in the 12x1.5 stock oil pressure sender? I hopefully want ot avoid tapping a bolt but most of the guages seem to be 1/4 or 1/8 pipe thread.

Good news. I went to checker and I found an adapter that is a 12x1.5 that feeds out to a 1/4 NPT which is what all the oil gauges seem to need. So now I am set. I will throw the part number up tomorrow in case anyone is ever looking for one of these.

You can go to checker with part number 6848 or use this

This is for the set but if you can find them individually they are about $3. I got just one but I had to dig through the piles of brass fittings to find it. It would have been worth it to just order the set.
