    Valve adjustment specs

    I'm doing a valve adjustment on my car this weekend, and I need to know the specs for proper adjustmennt. It's an 86 325eS, M20B27.

      I was gonna say.

      I'm pretty sure is .025" tho, cold. Correct me if I'm wrong?

      Check Bentley, of course, to be sure.

        I sure do like the fact that you can bump the starter over from under the diagnostic connector...makes valves so easy to do!

          6-cylinder engine:

          Engine warm (coolant temperature above 176F) - 0.30mm (0.012in)

          Engine cold (coolant temperature below 95F) - 0.25mm (0.010in)

          Now I'm going to assume this is the same for the M20B25 and the M20B27, correct?
