Are M30 swaps still worth it?

I had m90 pistons with m30 crank for "3.6L", with 10.5:1 CR, Long tube headers and a 290 cam with megasquirt. It was great.

That's about what I'd like to do with mine (although I'd probably just chip the Motronic rather than go to the hassle of megasquirt - I have the Miller MAF kit fitted already).
