I've read yiu need to put a dimple in where the bolt comes up at the mount...as in the clear the mount just fine, but the bolt has clearance issues.

To make you feel better, he did say they were copy mounts - the actual Garagistic ones might fit better.
When I did my swap, I got my mounts from e30.de & they bolted up and sat the engine in the bay perfectly without any issues at all.
A friend local to me also did the swap but bought e30.de 'copy' mounts because they were cheaper - they didn't fit & had to be modified to work.Comment
