Engine Oil Leak

Hi guys,

Purchased a m50b25 vanos from a local wreckers, am plugging up the sump now for a leak down test but noticed the attached leak from (hopefully rocker cover),

What do you guys think? Has it dripped down past the head? Anyone seen anything like it before and can comment?
