car is leaking oil need some advice

m20b25 that is my oil filter housing... its leaking from the inner ring by the x and where the arrow points....It is a steady drip any thing that i can do to plug it up seal it? right now i have some high temp silicone blocking it up (i cleaned the area prior to application) suggestions welcome
