Did you check for fuel and spark?

the fuel and spark is fine, im getting both of them.

im leaning more to the timing part. but whats the easiest way to get the part to the TDC point, without having to take the head and stuff back off. is there even a way?

Well, you'd have to take your timing belt off for that and re-calibrate your TDC point. That could very well be the problem

well..... i did believe find the timing mark for the crank. is it a mark that has like a T then a line in the middle and then and O? well i lined that mark up to a point that lookd like the other timing mark on the cover, and lookd at my cam and im pretty sure my timing is off by 180*

my question is...... how do i get the cam turned 180*?
