Valve seal replacement DIY?

Anyone have a link to one? I have a bentley at home, but I'm at school and would like to see what I'm getting into first.

I don't know of a link but I just did some and I could give some pointers. Of course I've not run the engine yet so I hope I did it all right.

You have to use a valve spring compressor, and pull the keepers as well as the springs right?
