Hellls ya! I wounder if you can get the "feel" of a free spinning L block with out the high compression. Over square bore? 533 crank and max out the bore with 9:1 compression and still run 97 gas?

        I did another M90 into a 320i ,
        M90B35 . Motronic 1.3
M10 trans, lightened flywheel (6kg´s) and Spec Stage 3 clutch.
it was nothing but free revving and worked very well.
        320i below

This Mtech II coupe´s M90 is getting a M10 trans setup as well and lightened flywheel. link to pics.

Also one in canada was fetured in Euro Car mag(with NOS)...nice

When I did my swap I only knew of 4 other cars in the US...tops.

I bet there are about 100-200 running around in germany.

Maybe 10 or 15 in south africa left?

                    Still rare...

I always wonder what a stock 335i would go for. Take a $2000 e30 - drop a m30 in it. What you going to sell it at $3000?
if I was to sell? the E34M30 would be $6-$8K and the monster E28 turbo 335 would start at $12,000-16-,000 and in an e30M3 with that 335isturbo monster I would start it at $22,000
