After you put your motor in did you reconnect your OBC? I want my E30 to be as close to a production 335i as possible.. I have an uncracked dash to put in and my light for my OBC is out currently. but the computer itself still works. When I do my swap i still want to keep it in working order. If you did hook up your OBC after your swap was your mpg some what accurate or wrong b/c its designed for the m20

well i am assuming you are going to change out the ecu's with the wiring harness. Check realoem.com to see if the OBC are different in the 535i then the 325i. I can't imagine a problem unless your making your m30 better then stock with bigger injectors and such, but i am sure it still will measure it fine

I didn't even bother with an OBC. I went straight to an analog clock.Recent Rebranding!!
