ECU question

For all M30 guys, what ECU are you running? And who knows what the difference between motronic 1.1 and 1.3 are.

I did some reacearch and on 88 M30's they are 1.1 (150), and 89+ they are 1.3 (179), even though they are the same engine.

I have a 150 since I bought a 88 735i car, but most of my engine is from a 90 535i. I think my computer is kinda weird because it fails some of the voltage tests from the manual, I want to get a 179 computer.

huh....haha this is good my motor came out of an 89 735i in which it had a 150 in it and my local autowreckers tested the motor when they got the car in...they said id didnt idle properly...so they threw a 179 in and it was b e a utifull...my swap isnt even close to being done yet but im sure thisll help you
