            haha. I was driving normal. within about 5 minutes it went from no knock to fuck. theres no way in hell the m20 is goingback in ;).

                        I guess i'll pull it back out. The bently thinks its a connecting rod bearing. I don't know how hard those are to replace :(. I guess this what happens when you buy a 200k engine and don't rebuild the bottom end.

                            so are you gonna rebuild it or find another M30 to put in? I've seen a few on bimmerforums and e28.com
