E30 M30 swap

hello guys,

kind of given up on the M3 euro motor swap i 've been wanting to do..
soo now fully focused on the M30 3.5l swap... my question is what is the max horsepower i can get out of a 3.5l normally aspirated engine - given that it get a full standard rebuild, chip ,272 cam-stiffer valve springs,headers aluminum flywheel etc ? i have heard varied answers so very confused. am talking about an E34 535i engine with puts out 208 bhp standard.
there is also talk about the engine being much heavier and it affects handling to a great extent ? as of now planning to go in for engine position II engine mounts from e30.de this car is strictly going to be a street car which would be driven spritedly for fun, is it so bad that yellow bilsteins and H&R springs cant sort out ?

any advise is appreiciated..

laslty my car is an 87 325is and its running a 3.73 lsd, given that what 0-62mph times would the car do ? sub 6 sec realistic ? people out there with 335i 's what 0-62mph times do you normally do and with what mods on ?all this without going the turbo way.

I hear tino from E30.de doesn't ship to US anymore, so i doubt he'd ship to india. Either case they'd run you about $315 shipped if you're lucky..

Handles a little bit differently than stock E30, but if you get engine far enough back, you should be okay.

If you use E30.de as a reference, be aware of many misleading points. Ask us, we know our shit here and can help you in any way possible.

On my 335i b/f turboing, i had a 3.73 with a lightened flywheel and ran a 0-60in about 6.3 seconds.

Lastly, Please do a search! There is TONS of information here to help you with almost anything you want. There are about 10 dedicated E30M30 guys here. If you plan on taking it to the next step, some of us guys have boosted them (like me).

yes, you will go fast, it's very torquey. Any questions, search first, then ask away!
