kind of given up on the M3 euro motor swap i 've been wanting to do..
soo now fully focused on the M30 3.5l swap... my question is what is the max horsepower i can get out of a 3.5l normally aspirated engine - given that it get a full standard rebuild, chip ,272 cam-stiffer valve springs,headers aluminum flywheel etc ? i have heard varied answers so very confused. am talking about an E34 535i engine with puts out 208 bhp standard.
there is also talk about the engine being much heavier and it affects handling to a great extent ? as of now planning to go in for engine position II engine mounts from e30.de this car is strictly going to be a street car which would be driven spritedly for fun, is it so bad that yellow bilsteins and H&R springs cant sort out ?
any advise is appreiciated..
