Not sure if it will help anyone, but should explain the onlder vs new mounting methods of m30 motors on the exhaust side.

George, what are these mounts? I am currently using the lower 4, which I think aides in clearing the exhaust...
There are also a third set of mounts on the E34/E32 motors... (which it seems ALL M30s have), but still researching this (also why I may be swaying toward just building mounts for Gen3 M30sJoe Funk -- Portland Oregon
