I'm starting to gather parts for an M30 Swap, question...

Well seeing as the Turbo M42 is almost finished, I want to start another car. I have a 1990 325i 4dr. in Schwarz that has a very strong chassis, but has some dents and dings. Anyways, I think I'm going to pull the trigger on a Getrag 265 out of a 1985 735i and it comes with all the shift linkage as well as the E23 Transmission Crossmember. Will the E23 Crossmember fit the E30? What did you use for your Getrag 265 m3fan4eva (Frank)?

    Thanks for any input!

I am pretty sure that you just use the stock e30 trans cross member.

I used an E24 crossmember with my Getrag 265.
