s52 swap Is it possible? Is it worth it?

i am thinking of doing an s52 engine swap in an 87 325e sedan, and i am wondering if it will fit, first of all, and second, is it worth it. And also what is an eta, i am thinking it is another way to say e30, cause i hear it everywhere. If someone can help me out that would be great. Thnks.
