    E30M30 Sedan Representation

I was just curious as to how many M30 converted sedans are rolling and or possibly driving around that the forum is collectively aware of?

Even more specific, any knowledge of these in California and or might possibly be tempted out of their current ownership?

Something about the practicality + torque equation that I find appealing for a daily driver/hauler.

Frank M has one with a turbo.

Yeah, that's about the only one that I seem to be aware of here on the board.

I found an '84 4 door locally that I might be snatching up to perform my second M30 swap... Haha, worthless post, I know...

Maybe, maybe not, however your intentions are in the right place. :)

Let us know how the build goes should you decide to embark.

That's right, I almost forgot about that one. Wasn't that car not complete though? I'm a little foggy on how that one played out.

It should go very good this time considering I have already done the swap once and this time I have a job! lol

We buy directly from Koni, Hella, OMP, etc at work, plus I have a wholesale account set up with the local Bimmer stealership and one in the works with Ireland Engineering. In the ever famous words of MikeE30M3 (or whatever his user name was), ITS GONNA BE TITE!!!1! :pimp:

Edit: Still not completely sure I'm going with a sedan... 2 doors are just so much cooler... But we shall see.

2 door vs. 4 door is quite subjective. I for one feel that a well executed sedan will always look better than any non-M coupe. But to each his own I suppose. Regardless, another M30 swapped car on the road is still a plus. Happy swapping.
