    another m30 almost completed

weeeeee, almost there guys! looks amazing, im so worn down by this project...and im basically doing it myself. pretty excited considering ive been you tubing and googling for the last i duno 6 months drooling over everyone elses fine work!

just wanted to say thanks to all you guys who have posted the correct conversion information to make my research alittle easier, and i have mad respect now for everyone who's done these swaps let alone any swap.....it sure is alot of work:)

one more q....the senson coming off the oil pan for the m30 is a 3 pin where as the m20 harness is a 2 pin.....what did you guys do...swap the units from m20 oil pan to m30 pan???

Mine was plug and play (think both harness and sensor were three pin)

Try swapping the sensors - make sure clearance isn't and issue

With my custom mounts - the hood pad just polished the afm's plastic. I have stock e30 m20 rubber mounts as well.

Don't know about m30s, but my m20 barely even moves on stock motor mounts when I rev it.

You little shit! I can't believe you can hurt my waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles that much, and say something like that. I've been there, EVERY single night, all the 3am, 4am, 5am all nighters. You're doing it in MY shop, on MY hoist, with MY tools. And when shit hits the fan, and you get stumped, who saves the day, each and every time??? Yeah, thats right, ME, you putrid little fuck. I won't even list all the obstacles I saved your ass from.....

Just bugging you, i'm not really mad about it, and I'm old enough to not need the credit for anything, but man, it hurts.......way down deep.

Know what I'm gonna do tomorrow, when I have the car in the shop, and you're not there? BIG FUCKING BURNOUT!!! Yeah, thats right....

well sorry al when i get fustrated when i dont get hands on help....yes im a 20 year old kid who thinks he knows everything and clearly i dont, and ive known that for quite a while now....:(....but in general you have helped me much more than i realized and i appreciate it alot!

yes its your shop and im gratefull for the shop usage, and if its any token i thought helping out so much, pushing cars in every night accounted for alittle bit....and plus were friends man! lol (notice how classic image did this swap?) not me in a random shop?

anyways....exhaust is shottied up for now till i have more beans to make it sound the way i want it! pretty stoked just chasing out a couple gremlins this wed and breaking it in for a sunday meet!:)
