5/07/08 Update Body work phase.....

Well The motor and trans are all set to go in, I am waiting on material to come from my nephew to get the 2nd intake and turbo manifold finished. So I started
the body work which was minimal sanding and priming and sanding.....not much to see pretty boring actually, but just Keeping with the theme "Complete Home Build".....


I started Painting her orange but got hosed on the decals...Oh Well...
So I tested out an alternate color on the engine bay, and ran out of primer...


Next we moved to the exterior of the car......




All sanded and taped up.....



Now its PRIME TIME....






Sanding down for the wet sand....




I should be painting her this weekend...:buttrock

Then next up Big Red's turn..

Update 5/11/08...painted.

Well this weekend was very productive....I got to lay on 3 good base coats and 4 good coats of clear on the chassis, now I will do the trunk spoler, and hood, and front bumper tommorrow..
