Which Transmission Mounts? M30 in E30

I'm swapping an M30 into my E30. I have urethane transmission mounts for an E34 5 speed. Can I use these on the swap?

anyone? Just use E30 mounts or E34/E28 mounts?

Can you post a pic of them? I am using e30 urethane mounts but they might be pretty close to being the same. I would say, plan on using the mounts and if they don't work out when you are under the car, its not to bad to change them.
