I had extra pipe there, so this is one option:

    - E34 M5 (x 2) -
    - E30 V8 Cabrio "Kylpyamme" -
    - Alpina D10 Touring #33/94 -

    +
    - E46 318i Touring -
    - Toyota Hiace 4wd -

Just remember to tighten the bands really tight, otherwise it'll leak.

Best option would be to get some pipe with modified heads, so water wouldn't come there so easily. Hard to explain in bad english, but hopefully you understand what i mean :)

damn..I don't really know which one I used but its definately long enough, no pull what so ever.

I was pretty sure that it was just the OEM lower hose from and e28.

            are you using urethane mounts?

alright so i looked into it today and to my great disappointment, my water pump is actually leaking from the seal at the pulley... the hose fits fine after looking at it more, and taking it off and refitting it. So monday i will be replacing the water pump and my leaking issues should be solved...

thanks for the help tho guys!

It's off a Ford Mustang V8, twin 60mm and the black elbow is home made out of glass fiber.

Thought it'd be a nice mod but it's oversized for the M30, makes the throttle very responsive on the move but around town driving/pulling out of junctions it can be a bit of a PITA.

If i did it again i'd use a smaller(but bigger than the stock TB) TB than the Mustang one and/or one that has a nice progresive throttle mech' on light throttle positions.

Sorry if you have covered this before but where is the afm? what did you do for a tps?
Do you have a build thread you could post up for me?

Sorry, there's not a build thread for it and there's no AFM as it's running a stand alone ECU by Emerald.

The TPS is out of sight at the bottom of the TB, a friend made me a TPS spindle adapter as the Ford TB has a kind of a flat blade shape for their TPS V's the "D" shape i needed for my TPS.

I'd post some pics of the build but i lost them when i had problems with my PC :-(
