m30 timing chain tensioner/guide rails

    the only way the tensioner go is if you seize the cam... the guide rail doesnt last long when you do that....
    Man, that made me laugh a little bit, but it totally sucks!! I'm glad you got all fixed up...

    Like everyone has said, just replace all that stuff. It's cheap insurance and you really don't want to discover that you have a nasty chain slap as soon as you get your swap all buttoned up.
