Happy Holidays to all of you M42 fans

Not much activity here lately but thats ok, know there are many of you out there driving your M42 powered e30 and loving it. Who has time to post these days?

Wanted to wish you all happy holidays and best wishes in the new year. I hope to bring another e30 back to life in 2026.

    Cheers everyone.

I see you, Happy holidays to you as well. I have my M42 in pieces and I am primarily referencing your threads for my rebuild, so at least I appreciate you being around (and bmwman91, who always answers my PM's). Looking forward to seeing what you get up to in the New Year!

Hey - thank you av8drvr! Those folks are the masters of their craft, I'm just a hack with a hammer, learning as I go.

I'll post more in the new year as I work through the next '91 318is! It runs and drives, just has a lot of deferred maintenance..

      Best wishes to you all.

Restoring an M42 currently, its getting tough out there for the M42 crowd. Half the parts have had to come from BMW because aftermarket either isn't available, or is just incorrect.
