I just wanted to thank everyone for all the help. Over the weekend I was able to replace all the parts I listed and the car started right up and the bleeding instructions worked flawless. Left it running for about 20 minutes before taking it on a test drive with the temps staying below half the entire drive. Most of the damage done to the water pump was done during the removal but it definately was bad.
My girlfriend came down to help me out, my hands were a bit large to reach the sensors.
