    m42 wont start

For a while my m42 would cut out while driving and come back on and the problem got increasingly worse over time. then it became hessitant to start and now I cannot get it to start at all. would anyone have any recomendation on what this problem could be?

    Good luck tracking it down

My no-start issues in 18 years of M42 driving have been limited to batteries, main and fuel pump relays, and one fuel pump. Very good thread link to learn theory and see what the OP tried to fix his problem:

check for spark, fuel, air (induction and exhaust), and timing. can never go wrong with them 4.
