loud schreeching noise when starting car

anyone know if they can diagnose this? There's a loud screeching noise for the first two revs when I turn my car on.

If it's while starting the car and it happens randomly its either your flywheel or starter. Either of the two may have a chipped tooth and i recommend looking at the flywheel and have a friend manually crank over the engine inspecting for chipped teeth.
