where to buy oil pump?

So i'm having lubrication problems on my top end. My friend had a similar problem and his car sounded like a diesel. When I rev it up to 2,500 rpm it sounds like a horrible vibration and it ticks and everything. but once I hit 3,000 it sounds normal and the ticking goes away. My friend replaced his oil pump and cleaned the screen and the car sounded like new. So where would I go about buying a new oil pump. I searched on google but couldn't find anything.

The M42 oil pump is just a few pieces. Less than $50 new. Also get the updated oil pressure relief valve.
