Random violent shaking after stalling feeling. Clutch?

Hey guys. I have a 91 318is. I just had my driveshaft rebuilt, a 3.73lsd put in, as well as new poly bushings all around and did the CSB and guibo as well (background).

The car feels really sloppy and clunky in the rear end in the drivetrain it seems. I know the shocks need to be replaced, but it seems like the sloppiness is coming from the drivetrain. Feels like every time I shift, it has lots of movement in the rear.

Now for the main problem...the car drives fine for the most part, but from take-offs it will VIOLENTLY shake and it seems like it's coming from the rear. It feels like the car is going to stall out at first, but then it's like a violent front to back shaking (and like something in the back is slapping up and down at the same time...if that makes any sense) and it only happens after driving for more than 30-45 minutes in stop-and-go traffic. Once it happens, it will keep happening until I turn the car off and wait a few hours. It seems fine shifting once I get the car going though. Just feels like something is about to let go and explode if I try and get the car moving from a stop.

Just want to know what it is before I pay someone to replace the clutch, flywheel, etc. I was originally told to get my driveshaft rebuilt and replace the csb, guibo, and bushings to alleviate any sloppiness, but literally the day I got the car back after doing all this work, the car started acting funny. This was happening to a lesser degree before all this work, but it seems a lot worse now.

Pretty sure the transmission mounts are fine as well.

i had this exact issue before i changed my subframe bushings and trailing arm bushings...check your shock mounts they tend to cause vibrations....and check your axles for play
