'chuffing' noise coming from engine (with video!)

Basically, it sounds like a dry rubbing, or chuffing noise. It's best heard from either wheel well, as the rest of the engine noise drowns it out with the hood open. My first thought is exhaust leak, but I'm not entirely certain.

Anyone have a suggestion as to what it may be?

Noise is best heard at the start of the video.
