High idle @ operating temp

So lately my m42 has been idleing like 1200rpm once it gets up to operating temp. Starts off at 700 cold and slowly rises to 1200. Cold start valve maybe? ICV?

sound like the cold start valve. Mine did that before, cable just needed a grease
