Rounded head bolt during tightening!!!!

    Nice yeh I was missing that smaller plug. Good news mine is now running, though there is a small oil leak from the crankshaft seal that I replaced. I am hoping that it is just setting and will stop, or otherwise I have fucked it up.

    Yeh those head bolts are scary. I am inclind to swap to MM head bolts next time they seem alot more pratical. How accurate were you with the 90 degree turns I perposly stopped a few degrees short because I though they were going to break. But I can not really tell how acurate I was as the angle attachment I was using is not that easy to use.

      Pretty much just eyeballed them. Moved the torque wrench to a cardinal heading and then rotated it (with much force and trepidation!!!) until it was approximately 90deg off.
