When Check Engine Light is blinking, the fan blows strongly and softly intermittently

    Good day fellows,

When my CEL comes on, the air flow coming out of the heater/AC blows strongly and softly intermittently corresponding to the CEL blinking. Also happens to the lights. They are dim and bright intermittently.
Anybody knows what the problem is?

    Thanks in advance

The code is 1222 which is O2 sensor. I already replaced it and still the same problem.

and i still have the 1222 code

i was told that it has to do with ground cables

Months ago, I replaced the ground wire underneath the body of the car and it fixed the hesitation problem I was having for a long time. I'd noticed that my mechanic hooked up the ground wire to a spot of the engine block different from the original spot This problem came after the ground wire was replaced. Nevertheless, it fixed the hesitation problem. At around the same time the battery and the alternator were also replaced. Few weeks later, I replaced the alternator ground wire with a thicker one.

Hope someone can give a great answer, plus is there any other ground wires besides those mentioned above?
