so.. its been goin on for about a week or two now.. during high rpm's there's a rumble sound coming from the engine..I'm thinkin my exhaust manifold's gaskets needs replacements.. not sure tho.. Need some opinions.. Thanks!

Forgot to mention.. It's an M42 ..I really do think it's my exhaust manifold's.. When I inspected under the hood and reved it, the "rumble" sound did came from there.. Gaskets just came and ima work on it this weekend.. Hopefully thats the culprit..Comment

Listen real good and make sure it's your exhaust, not your engine. If you're engine's making funny noises (that aren't lifters tapping), I'd first check your chain tensioner.
If it is your exhaust, I'd check the bushings that dampen the bracket that holds the exhaust to the Getrag 240.
