    will this fuel pump be correct 4 me

    hi
    i have a 1991 bmw e30 318is and need to replac the fuel pump im looking for a universal fit pump a little cheaper hopefully



    if you know a cheaper website let me know

    yes it looks like its identical to the TREperformance and walbro pumps. I would go with one of those two as they are trusted.

      TREperformance sells high pressure 255 LPH fuel pumps for all BMW vehicles including the 318i, 318ic, 318is and 318ti. These performance pumps will fit any BMW 318 and flow 255LPH and support 500hp.


      I've heard people say the hose they provide in these kits is not designed for submersion into gasoline. I bought the specific hose from NAPA, but its $30+ a foot. You only need 2-3 inches of the stuff, I have a lot extra so I'll sell you the required amount if you want

        From what I can see the '91 318is uses a different fuel pump from the other E30's

        That one may work, you may need to do some customization, gooood luck.
        Different strokes for different folks.

          the fuel pump carriage, frame, holder, whatever the hell its called is different, but that TREperformance pump is currently on my sisters 318i, and my 318iS. its VERY straightforward, and the only customization is grinding a small lip off the frame.
