91 318i, how do I unplug my camshaft sensor?

I need to test my camshaft sensor, I know where the plug location is but how does it actually unplug? It looks like there is a wire contraption running over it...

Push the "wire contraption" while pulling slightly to unclip it...

should just be able to push the little metal clamp down and pull it out of the black box. wiggle it while pulling it out of its in there good.

You talk about where it plugs in (electrical side) or plugs into the engine? Electrical plug side they mentioned, engine side you just need an allen wrench.
