I've never enjoyed the exhaust tone of my car that much. When I bought it it had no muffler so I had a dynomax turbo muffler welded on but it's always had a raspy tone. Came to find the PO had the stock cat and resonator removed in place of a high flow cat of some kind. Lately it's started to annoy me a bit. I'm fine with leaving the cat but would like to add a resonator to eliminate the higher rpm rasp I get from the exhaust. Anyone have a good recommendation? Cheap and compact are a plus.

Use a straight thru glasspack of your choice, as long as will fit in the space where resonator was.
Will kill the rasp. As cheap as you choose. -
Had a Vibrant 16in Resonator. It was surprisingly DEEP, coming on base the cops always thought I had more cylinders than I did LOL. It sounded amazing (LOUDish) it was paired with a Magnacrap muffler w/ the DTM tips already on it and no cat.Comment
