it wont pass smog high HC and unburned fuel smell

hi

i went to smog shop and it didnt pass the hc was high at 15mph test

and at cold start i can smell unburned fuel out of tail pipe any suggestion ?

AFM or dirty injectors are the possibilities. Also incorrect spark plugs could be the reason too. Dead O2 sensor.

A lot of things can be the reason for this type of issue.

How does the car ride oaverall? Any issues? Is fuel ecomomy ok?

im sure the injectors are clean and i just replace the spark plug with bosch super and

clean the icv and it got worse now i can see little bit gray smokeish thing out of tail pipe

the idle will go up to 2000 rpm and come back to 1500
