Vibration from revs

Hey guys, I'm not sure if I noticed this before or if I'm just going paranoid. There's a very SLIGHT engine vibration around 4000 rpm. theres also perhaps a slight change of tone from the engine, probably because its vibrating, all very not too noticeable. I can feel it in the shifter when not in gear and revving to 4k, and when im in gear downshifting and I happen to reach 4k. Definitely not a misfire. Any clues?
