How to remove M42 oil pan?

Figured it out.

Found 2 more 10mm bolts I missed which were actually inside the clutch bell housing. Removed them

Went ahead and removed all the 10mm bolts from inside the pan (what you can see upon removing the lower pan), including the 2 10mm bolts which hold the oil pump pickup in place.

The pan still doesn't want to come off, though the back right edge will now wiggle downwards a little (upon removing those 2 long 10mm's which were inside the clutch bell housing.

Edit: I had missed that 3rd E Torx bolt where the Pan attaches to the transmission. Just got the pan out.
