I'd assume that you bumped something and created a vac leak. If this is the case I'd look at the dip stick seals and vac lines (if you moved them).
If not, perhaps you have a bad connection at the AFM, TPS or charcoal canister vent valve. Pull back the wire connector boots and have a look.
