    m42 won't start

so i was driving down the interstate yesterday and my car died. I replaced the cps last week to fix the 3500 rpm studder the car had. So i don't think its the cps. i've tried a stomp test but can't get a check engine light. Also looked at the fuse able link next to battery but i can't tell if it's bad.

I'm getting power to fuel pump but the pump isn't turning on. I've pulled the pump and bench tested it it's working fine still no start. Any ideas?

Just fixed it. Plug was loose on the fuel pump guess it wasn't pushed in all the way
